Treasure Hunt 2015

Treasure Hunt information

The Treasure Hunt is an event organized by Helping Hands for all Amadeus employees in Sophia Antipolis.

The event is a game open to a maximum of 100 participants, divided in teams of 3-5 people.

How it works

The event will take place in Sophia Antipolis, where clues will be hidden all over the Amadeus campus.

Teams will start their treasure hunt at the big olive tree in front of the canteen. From there, they will have to visit several places: at each of them, teams will find an envelope containing a clue to find the next location, a mandatory riddle to solve and an optional bonus activity to gain additional points.

The winner is the team that arrives at the treasure location with the highest number of points.

The points are calculated in the following way:

  • Each riddle is worth 1 point
  • Completed bonus activities are worth 1 point. Moreover, for each of them the Helping Hands jury will give an extra point to the team that completes the activity in the best way.

The prize

Each three winning teams will receive ticket vouchers.
Every team will receive a certificate of participation.

Where and when

The Treasure Hunt will be held in the Amadeus Sophia Antipolis campus and will involve walking around the different buildings (building A, building B, canteen, Triades, Espaces).

The event will take place on the 8th of October, will start at 12.30 in front of the big olive tree next to the canteen and will last approximately one hour. To facilitate the organisation, all teams should gather at the olive tree at least ten minutes before the official start.

In case of rain, the event will be postponed to Friday October 9th.
