Helping Hands, where talent meets purpose.

Who can apply?

You can register as a solo performer or as a group.

The participation is limited to Amadeus employees including contractors, trainees, and apprentices working in the Main Site and Bel Air campus.

  • For groups of more than 5 performers, at least 2 of you must be an Amadeus employee, contractor, trainee, or apprentice.
  • You need to be able to set up quickly. 
    • For example, if you’re a pianist, you must bring your keyboard ready to plug and play.
    • If you’re a drummer, consider using a “cajon” or your drum kit must be set on wheels so you can just push it to the stage, etc.

Note: depending on the number of registrants or talent submitted, we might not be able to guarantee the participation.

Make sure that you (and all performers in your group) are available on November 7th.

    List of talents that can be showcased in a talent show

    Performing Arts

    • Singing: Solo, duet, or group performances.
    • Dancing: Ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, tap, ballroom, etc.
    • Musician: Playing instruments like piano (keyboard), guitar, violin, drums, etc.
    • Acting: Performing monologues, skits, or scenes from plays.
    • Magic tricks: Performing illusions and magic acts.
    • Mime: Telling a story through mime.
    • Puppetry: Putting on a puppet show.
    • Ventriloquism: Performing with a ventriloquist dummy.
    • Spoken Word: Performing a powerful spoken word piece.
    • Beatboxing: Creating beats and music using vocal techniques.
    • Rap: Performing original or popular rap songs.

    Visual Arts

    • Speed painting or drawing: Creating a painting on stage  in a short amount of time.
    • Sculpting: Demonstrating sculpting techniques.

      Physical Skills

      • Acrobatics or gymnastics: Displaying physical strength and flexibility.
      • Martial arts: Demonstrating skills in karate, judo, taekwondo, etc.
      • Juggling: Juggling balls, clubs, or other objects.
      • Circus skills: Tightrope walking, unicycling, stilt-walking, etc.
      • Yo-Yo tricks: Performing advanced yo-yo tricks.
      • Hula hooping: Artistic hula hooping routines.
      • Jump rope: Fast-paced or rhythmic jump rope skills.

      Miscellaneous

      • Science experiments: Demonstrating fascinating science experiments.
      • Whistling: Whistling a tune or series of songs.
      • Storytelling: Sharing traditional or original stories.
      • Pet tricks: Showcasing trained pets performing tricks.
      • Impersonations: Mimicking famous personalities.
