Terms & Conditions « Furniture Sale »
By participating in Operation « Furniture Sale » and purchasing products offered on the Helping Hands website, accessible via the https://www.helpinghands-sophia.org/boutique, for the operation, you accept the following terms of participation (the « Conditions »).
- Products offered as part of The Operation
It is specified that all products offered on the Helping Hands website for Operation « Furniture Sale » were donated to Helping Hands by Amadeus (the « Products »).
All products are therefore second-hand products. They are sold « as-is » and without any warranty. Helping Hands cannot be held liable for non-compliance, failure of a product or any damage created by a product.
It is also specified that the photos of the Products on the site are indicative only and are not contractual.
- Product Order
Product orders are made online, via the Helping Hands website. As these items are sold outside the typical furniture sale, the pick-up/delivery of the items will be upon availability of the person making the delivery.
The order will only be effective upon receipt of the online payment of the Products via the Site.
Once the payment has been made, the order is validated, and you will not be able to request a refund of the purchased product or the exchange of the purchased product for another product.
A confirmation email will be sent to you. Please keep it and bring it on the day of delivery. It is specified that the purchase of products does not correspond to a donation and is therefore not subject to any tax receipt.
- Buyer’s Recovery of Products
Helping Hands does not offer a product delivery service as part of the Operation.
The buyer is required to recover the products purchased, or to be represented, according to the terms described below. It is specified that if the buyer does not come to collect his product(s) in accordance with the terms described below, the buyer is not entitled to any refund of the purchased Product(s) or an exchange for one or more other Products.
